By accessing the website at www.missionsunroomcontractor.com or engaging Mission Sunrooms & Patios for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or request our services.
Mission Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom construction, patio enclosure, sunroom addition, remodeling, and related contractor services to residential customers in Mission, TX and the surrounding Rio Grande Valley area. All services are subject to a written agreement between Mission Sunrooms & Patios and the customer prior to commencement of work.
Free on-site estimates are provided without obligation. An estimate is a good-faith projection of the cost of the described scope of work. Estimates are not final contracts. Final pricing is established in a written project agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Changes to the scope of work requested by the customer after an agreement is signed may result in additional costs, which will be communicated in writing before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by permit review timelines, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors outside our control. We will communicate scheduling changes as soon as they are known.
Customers who wish to cancel a signed agreement must notify Mission Sunrooms & Patios in writing. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposits or fees, will be specified in the written project agreement. Deposits paid to cover materials already ordered or work already performed are generally non-refundable.
Payment schedules are specified in each written project agreement. Typical arrangements include a deposit at signing, one or more progress payments during construction, and a final payment upon project completion. Final payment is due upon the completion walkthrough unless otherwise specified in writing.
Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in the project agreement. Mission Sunrooms & Patios reserves the right to suspend work on any project with an outstanding overdue balance.
Customers are responsible for:
Mission Sunrooms & Patios will apply for required building permits on behalf of the customer as part of the project scope. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and are either included in the project estimate or billed separately as noted in the project agreement. Work does not begin until required permits are obtained. The customer is notified of inspection schedules and must provide access to the property for any required inspections.
Mission Sunrooms & Patios warrants that all work will be completed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms - including duration and what is covered - are outlined in the written project agreement.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by customer modifications, acts of nature, improper maintenance, or conditions outside the original project scope. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to the customer as provided by the manufacturer.
Mission Sunrooms & Patios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of use, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific project.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where appropriate.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
